Action Against Hunger | ACF International is a global humanitarian organization committed to ending world hunger. Mission

Action Against Hunger's mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection, and treatment of malnutrition, especially during and after emergency situations of conflict, war and natural disaster. From crisis to sustainability, this exceptional organization tackles the underlying causes of malnutrition and its effects by using expertise in nutrition, food security, water and sanitation, health and advocacy. By integrating programs with local and national systems they further ensure that short-term interventions become long-term solutions.

Vision

United by a common vision of a world without hunger and a shared approach to preventing and treating malnutrition, their 4,000+ program staff is made up of committed professionals from around the globe—French nutritionists, Kenyan public health nurses, Pakistani water engineers, American agronomists, along with drivers, logistics coordinators, human resource specialists, and a broad range of others with technical expertise from virtually all corners of the map.
