Their earth friendly process allows them to create molds in any design and manufacture the pieces in just 45 minutes. The aviation composite process used is extremely strong, light, and inexpensive when compared to other alternatives. Their design team can work with you for CAD modeling, load testing, and all your needs from start to finish.

Contech produces a variety of yurt shelters, including specialized custom designs. Basic yurt structures are available in a variety of sizes to serve multiple applications including recreational homes, storage, medical first aid stations, homeless shelters, disaster relief, forest fire command centers, home office structure, and temporary accommodations.

Located in Washington State, with additional offices in Spain, Contech Composites, Inc. (CCI) manufacturers a variety of sustainable products using a proprietary Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) process utilizing organic textiles as color and patterns in the finish, thereby eliminating harmful VOC off gassing effects on people and planet. The CCI process, based on aviation technology, entails using a vacuum and then injecting resin into a closed cavity mold. This techique is both more ecological and economical since the entire process takes only 45 minutes from start to finish.

CCI utilizes this process in the manufacturing of a variety of industrial, commercial, and individual product lines for specialized use by our business clients. Additionally CCI has designed it's own line of shelters, greenhouses, indoor growing boxes, and vertical axis wind turbines for residential, disaster relief, or industrial use.
